At iPEC, we recognize that success is deeply personal. The optional Success Coach Program is designed to provide individualized guidance as you define and pursue your unique coaching goals.
What is the Success Coach Program?
The Success Coach Program offers three live, 30-minute coaching sessions with a dedicated Success Coach to gain clarity on your personal definition of success as a coach.
Participation involves:
- Completing an intro survey to define your initial goals.
- Completion of a journal which prompts you to reflect on your aspirations and prepare for your Success Coaching sessions.
This program is completely optional and tailored to meet you where you are.
How to Participate
Students may sign up for the Success Coach Program following the instructions in their Hub found in the "Success Coaching" lesson in the "Post Module I Resources and Assignments" Course.
Once you’ve signed up, follow this timeline to schedule your sessions:
- Session I: Complete within 4 weeks of attending Module I.
- Session II: Schedule between Modules II and III.
- Session III: Schedule within 4 weeks after completing Module III.
To secure your coach's availability during the program timeline, schedule your sessions as soon as possible.
Preparing for Your Success Coach Sessions
Preparation is key to making the most of your time with your Success Coach. You can find the resources and pre-work in the "Success Coach" course that you will see in your Hub once you've opted in. NOTE: This is a separate course; this is NOT the "Success Coach" lesson you referenced to opt in.
Use the optional journal prompt to:
- Define what success means to you.
- Identify areas where you need clarity, accountability, or guidance.
- Outline specific steps to take toward your goals.
This pre-work will ensure you’ll arrive at each session ready to dive in and make meaningful progress.
Tracking and Progress
Your Success Coach will manage all session tracking.
