Final Exam Technical and Submission Requirements

When it’s time to take your Final Exam, ensuring you meet the technical and submission requirements is key to a smooth process. Follow these guidelines to ensure your recording and submission are successful.

Recording Platform and File Format

You may use any recording platform of your choice, if it meets the following requirements:

  • The file must be in mp3 format.
  • You must be able to share an open and unrestricted link to the recording via email for submission to the assessment department.

Session Length

Your Final Exam session must be:

  • A minimum of 20 minutes.
  • A maximum of 30 minutes.

The assessor will only evaluate the first 30 minutes of your recording. If your session exceeds this length, you risk leaving out key components or having your recording deemed too lengthy to assess.

You may be asked to resubmit another recording if you do not adhere to these time requirements.

Verbal Permission and Personal Code

At the start of your recording, you must:

  1. Obtain verbal permission from your client to record the session.
  2. State your personal code, which will be provided in your Final Exam instructions.

Without these elements, your recording will not be processed, and you will need to submit a new recording.

By following these requirements and guidelines, you can ensure a smooth submission process for your Final Exam.
