Steps to Reach Student Support:
- Search the Help Center
Begin by typing your question into the Help Center search bar. This resource is designed to provide immediate answers, even to specific queries. Exploring these articles first can often resolve your question right away. - Use the HubBot Chat Icon
If your question isn’t answered in the Help Center, you can use the HubBot chat icon at the lower right corner of your Hub login page or any page in the Help Center. Through HubBot, you can create a support ticket for our Student Support Specialists. You do not need to be logged in to the Hub to submit a ticket.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (ET). We are closed for most USA Federal Holidays. Office closures will be announced in the Hub. Tickets submitted during normal office hours, (Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm) will receive a response the same day. IPEC is closed evenings and weekends.
If your issue is of a sensitive nature and you would prefer to speak with Student Support, you may request a call when you submit your ticket. - Day of Training Support
For questions arising on the day of your training, use the “Day of Training Help Request Form” located in your Hub to ensure a quick response during this critical time.
