Frequently Asked Questions: ELI-MP Final Debrief

Here are the answers to common questions about the ELI-MP Final Debrief.

Where can I find instructions for the recorded debrief submission?
Detailed instructions and submission guidelines can be found in the “Debrief Recording” lesson of your “Post Module III Resources and Assignments” Course.

Be sure to follow the instructions carefully to ensure there’s no delay processing your debrief.

Do I need to use FreeConferenceCall.com to record my debrief?
No. You may use any recording platform, as long as it provides a shareable link that can be uploaded to the Hub.

Does my recorded debrief need to be my final practice session?
No. You may choose to record all five and then submit the one that best represents your debrief abilities.

How long should the debrief recording be?
Most debriefs are about one hour. If yours is longer, that’s fine—it will still be accepted.

Do I have to follow the script exactly during the debrief?
Most students choose to debrief in one of two ways for their certification submission:

1) Debrief your client while following the script

2) Reference the debrief script using your own words.

You might also choose to use your own custom approach to the debrief although keep in mind, ELI-MP Certification requires demonstration of the following :

Completeness: to include all key elements as outlined in the script.

Accuracy: The concepts of Energy Leadership and the ELI assessment are communicated clearly and accurately to the client. (e.g., ELI assessment, Energy, Energy Levels with advantages & disadvantages)

Engagement & Personalization: The debrief process is interactive, drawing them into the conversation and personalized by incorporating the client’s results and personal experiences.
