As part of your ELI-MP certification, you’ll need to conduct five ELI Assessment debriefs with peers following Module III. During your Mod III class, you're encouraged to schedule these sessions right away, while momentum is high.
We strongly recommend completing your ELI-MP requirements shortly after Mod III while the material is top of mind. Completing your certification allows you to begin using the ELI right away, even before you receive your CPC.
If you were unable to schedule all five debriefs during your Mod III weekend, you still have several great options.
Who Can You Debrief?
You may conduct debriefs with any iPEC student who has taken the ELI Assessment. Although only five ELI debriefs are required for certification, some may choose to debrief additional students to further their learning and integration of the ELI.
