Physical Training Materials

As part of your enrollment, iPEC will send you a small package of items related to your training experience and the various exercises throughout the program. (Contents to include items such as name tags, pen, and eye mask). These items are of a nominal value used for the purpose of anchoring the learning and are not required to participate in the program. 

All materials needed to fully participate in your training, whether attending virtually or in person, are available digitally in the Digital Material section in the hub. Your training manuals, coursework, and supporting resources can be accessed directly in the Student Hub. These materials are downloadable and not included in your shipment. 

You will receive a tracking email once your package ships. 

Updating Your Shipping Address

Once you gain access to your Hub, please verify that your shipping address is correct in your profile. If your materials have already been shipped and the address is incorrect, contact Student Support via the HubBot Chat immediately for assistance.

Key Information About Your Materials

  • Physical Materials Shipment: You will receive all materials for Modules I, II, and III in a single shipment. Tracking details will be emailed to you beginning one month before your Module I training.

  • Enrolling Close to Training? If you enroll within 14 days of your module, your physical materials may not arrive in time. In that case, digital materials in the "Pre-Module 1 Resources and Assignments" course will provide everything you need to participate fully.

  • Digital Resources Are Available: All essential materials are accessible in your Hub under the "Pre-Module 1 Resources and Assignments" course. 

  • Manuals and Workbooks Are Digital Only: These are not included in your physical shipment. Manuals and workbooks are available for download seven days before training. If you prefer printed copies, you may print a copy for yourself.

Important Reminders

  • Digital Backups: If your physical materials are unavailable on training day, rest assured that you can still fully participate. Everything is available digitally in your "Pre-Module 1 Resources and Assignments" course. 
  • Manuals Are Digital: Physical manuals and workbooks are not shipped. If you’d like printed versions, you can download and print them.
  • Save Materials for Future Modules: Keep your Module II and III materials secure, as you’ll need them later in your training.
