Purchasing and Assigning Assessments in the Assessment Manager

This guide covers the process of purchasing assessments, assigning them, managing invitation issues, and reassigning assessments.

 

1. Purchasing Assessments

Before you can assign an assessment, you need to purchase one. You can access the “Purchase Assessment” option from both the home screen and the “Actions” button. 

  • How to Purchase Assessments: 
    • Click on “Purchase Assessment.” 
    • A window will appear with bulk pricing options for both the ELI - Self Assessment and ELI 360 Assessment. 
    • Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click “Add to Order.” 
    • Proceed to checkout and enter your payment information. 
      • Important: For single-digit months, always include a leading zero (e.g., 01 for January) when entering your card’s expiration date to ensure it is accepted

 

2. Assigning ELI Assessments

ELI - Self Assessment 

  1. Click on “Assign Assessments” from the home screen or the Actions button. 
  2.  Select “ELI - Self Assessment” and click “Next.” 
  3. Choose a client: 
    1. Select an existing client. 
    2. Add a new client (recently added clients may appear at the bottom of the list). 
    3. Import clients via a CSV file in the format Email > First Name > Last Name. 
  4. Customize assignment details: 
    1. Select the assessment language. 
      1. The ELI Assessment is available in the following languages:  English, Spanish and French.
      2. Your client’s ELI report will be in the same language as the completed ELI Assessment.
    2. Set the desired completion deadline. 
    3. Choose your email template. 
  5. Send the assessment to the selected client. 

ELI 360 Assessment 

The process is similar to assigning a self-assessment, with the following differences: 

  1. After selecting “Assign Assessments”, choose “ELI 360” instead of Self Assessment. 
  2. Add relationship categories for the recipient: 
    1. Use “Standard” or “Custom” relationship options. 
  3. Assign raters and finalize the process to send the assessment. 

 

3. Invitation Emails Not Being Received 

If a client does not receive their invitation email, it may have: 

  • Gone to Spam: Encourage your client to check their spam or junk folders. 
  • Been Blocked by IT Security: For large organizations, advanced email filters may block the email. Ask their IT team to whitelist our email address: noreply@ipeccoaching.com. 

Solutions: 

  • Resend the Invitation: 
    • Go to “Manage Clients” in the Assessment Manager. 
    • Select the client and click the “Resend Invitation” button in the top-right corner. 
  • Use the Copy Link Option: 
    • Click “Copy Link” and share the URL directly with your client via email, chat, or any other preferred method. 

 

4. Reassigning Assessments

Assessments can be reassigned if the client has not started it. 

How to Reassign: 

  1. Go to “Manage Clients.” 
  2. Select the client who no longer wants to complete the assessment. 
  3. Click “Unassign.” 
    1. The assessment will return to your queue for reassignment. 
    2. Note: Once a client begins the assessment and answers any questions, it cannot be unassigned.
