What Are the Requirements to Earn Your ELI-MP Certification?

The Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification is included in your tuition and available to iPEC students after Module III. This certification allows you to administer and debrief the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) assessment with clients and organizations, bringing deeper insight and measurable outcomes to your coaching.

To become certified as an ELI-MP, you’ll complete a series of self-paced learning components and practice sessions that ensure you're prepared to guide others through this powerful assessment tool.

These requirements can be found in your “Post Module III Resources and Assignments” Course.

ELI-MP Certification Requirements

To earn your certification, you must complete the following:

  • Mastering the ELI Debrief webinar and evaluation
  • ELI Research webinar and evaluation
  • Milestone Assessment Debrief webinar and evaluation
  • Five (5) Practice Debrief Sessions with peers
  • One Recorded Debrief Session submitted for final evaluation (included as one of the 5 listed above)

Once all requirements are completed, your certification will be reflected in your student record, and you'll gain additional access to the ELI Assessment Manager in the Hub. You will also receive your official ELI-MP digital credential via Credly, which you can display on LinkedIn, your website, or in email signatures as a verifiable representation of your certification.

Completing these steps confirms your ability to guide others through the ELI with clarity and confidence to support powerful, measurable transformation in others.
