We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. The following information is provided to help you understand the Module offerings and course requirements. Further detail can be found in your Student Handbook.
How Classes are Scheduled
iPEC's Coach Training Program is offered during one of three, six-month training cycles each year. The cycles begin in March, July, and November with the corresponding Modules II and III as listed below: .

Planning to reschedule your training could delay your course progress by several months.
1. Missing a Short Period During Training
The requirements for certification include fully attending each of three, 30-hour Training modules. Module I is fast-paced and covers iPEC’s Foundation Principles, philosophy, methodology and coaching skills used throughout training and therefore must be attended in its entirety. Tutoring is not an option for Module I.
If you miss a small portion of the live, interactive training during Modules II or III, tutoring is required to make up for missed live instruction hours.
- Tutoring Details: An iPEC tutor will be scheduled at a cost to you of USD $100 per hour (equivalent currency for international students) payable in advance directly to the tutor. Tutoring must cover the amount of time missed to fulfill ICF live instruction requirements.

- Important Notes: Missed class time and tutoring must be completed in full before you can progress in the program.
2. Attending Another Class in the Same Cycle
If you cannot attend your originally scheduled class due to a life event or emergency, it may be possible to join another class within the same month based on availability and for a fee.
- Alternate Locations or Dates: within the same training cycle, subject to availability and a USD $500 administrative fee (or equivalent in international currency).
- How to Reschedule: Contact Student Support through the HubBot Chat to discuss your options. If you need to reschedule Module 1, please contact your Sales Consultant.
- Classroom Capacity: Rescheduled students may be placed on a waitlist until availability is confirmed.
3. Deferring to a Future Cycle
If you need to miss your training this month, deferring to a future cycle may be an option. However, please note the following:
- Rescheduling Fee: A deferral to a future cycle will incur a USD $500 fee (or equivalent in international currency). Contact Student Support for details.
- How to Proceed: Open a ticket via the HubBot Chat to request deferral and review the options available for rescheduling.
