1. Transition to the Coach Community
Now that you’ve completed Mod III, it’s time to access the networking and coaching connection you’ve likely been waiting for within our main Facebook community. To access this active community of 10,000+ iPEC Coaches, first please ‘leave’ the iPEC Student Community (Pre Mod I – Mod III) Facebook group which is intended for newly enrolled coaches and request to join the iPEC Coach Community (Post Mod III) Facebook group which is intended for our Post Mod III and Grad community.
2. Complete Your Assignments
Still wrapping up some assignments or peer sessions? Great! Consistent application of the skills and tools you’ve learned, finishing coursework, applying feedback and practicing Core Energy Coaching™ will prepare you for coaching in the real world, and support you in completing your final exam.

3. Begin Final Exam Prep
With Mod III behind you, your Final Exam marking your official transition to certification is close at hand. Here’s what you need to know:
To be eligible for the final exam, you must:
- Be at least 30 days post-Mod III
- Have completed all required assignments, including mentor coaching sessions
- Be paid in full
Once the above criteria is met, you’ll gain access to the Final Exam Instructions course in your student hub.

4. Become ELI-MP Certified
You now have access to the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) Course, introduced in Mod III. You may wish to complete this certification in the coming weeks while the training is fresh and your peer support is strong. ELI-MP certification is foundational for any coach who wants to:
- Administer and debrief clients on iPEC’s proprietary ELI assessment, the only attitudinal assessment on the market
- Establish Energy Leadership as a common language for you and your client, set a milestone assessment for them and track transformational progress
- Participate in advanced iPEC graduate programs built on the iPEC philosophy and Energy Leadership framework
